This
site is the common creation of the French Janusz
Korczak Association (AFJK) and the Janusz Korczak
Association in The Netherlands (JKSN, Tel.
+ 31 20 644 70 18, Fax:
+31 20 644 81 54).

is managed by an Editorial board international
currently made up of the two founders of the site: Theo
Cappon in Amsterdam and Bernard Lathuillère in Paris.
— To join them simultaneaously: 
This site is temporarily
entitled “International Janusz Korczak news”, its
acronym being: “IJKnews”. It is the legal property of
French Association Janusz Korczak (AFJK), teaching and
cultural association with non-lucrative goal, recorded
with the Official Journal of French Republic under the

on this site is protected by copyright and
international treaties and may not be copied or
reproduced without prior agreement of the Committee of
drafting of the site.
This site constitutes a “work” of which the AFJK and
the JKSN is the authors within the meaning of the
articles L. 111.1 and following of the Code French
of the intellectual property.
The documents and the images published on line are
subjected to the respect of the French and European
legislation. Photographs, texts, logos, videos and
pictograms, as all works integrated in the site are the
property of the AFJK and the JKSN or the third having
authorized the Committee of drafting of the site or the
AFJK to use them.
Personal use: reproductions,
transmissions, modifications, re-uses on a paper medium
or data processing of the aforesaid site and works
which are reproduced there are authorized only for one
use personal and deprived in conformity with the
provisions of the article L 122-5 of the Code of the
Intellectual Property (private use but not collective
of the contents of the site with the right to reproduce

National Associations
Janusz Korczak in working relationship with Association
International Korczak will profit from privileged
conditions of access, division and use of the contents
of the site. The rules of use are being studied and
will be specified later on.
The documents and photographs of files of Janusz
Korczak are considered to belong, in their original
version, in the Center international of the files of
Janusz Korczak Korczakianum in Warsaw, with which
Editorial board of the site is in direct relation.
Any reproduction even partial of numerical versions of
these documents and photographs used on this site, even
if they are downloadable, must to preferably be the
subject of a preliminary request near Association
Korczak main road of the country of the applicant who
will act in function of its possibilities.
In the case of countries where there is not of
Association Korczak declared main road, requests for
authorization of reproduction will have to be addressed
directly to the Editorial board of the site.

Although the Editorial
board select attentively the external links proposed,
it can in no manner give any guaranteed about the
safety of their use nor to be held to in no case person
in charge for their contents.
The risks related to the use of the pages or referred
sites and the checking of the quality of their contents
fall fully with the user.
